PT Portable Tachometers
 
Two 12/24vdc powered Tachometers designed primarily for vehicle engine speed testing & to provide Datalogging information in all types of on vehicle speed measurement applications.

Both Pulse and Analogue outputs are standard providing Analogue 0-10vdc and 5v pulse outputs simultaneously or 0-4vdc with instantaneous data update on each revolution (see model specifications available).

The PT Tachometers accept signal inputs from almost any type of pulse related Speed Sensing device, including the Compact DES/01/D Diesel adaptor & Injector pipe Transducers.

Two housing styles differentiate the two specifications available, the PT2100/002 model is based on our DT series Microranger instrument but has Integral XLR type connectors fitted for all input/output facilities and 3 decade input pulse division module is fitted as standard, a sensitivity control is also externally accessible.

High impact rugged moulded compact casing suitable for temporary installation in vehicle, for example on Dashboard.

The PT21000 version is based on our DS series Multiranger Tachometer, this model has a housing with carry handle and rear accessed connections, programming functions are internally set.

Model PT2100/002 - Specifically designed to meet the needs of vehicle test engineers, this versatile instrument provides the requirements for speed monitoring in this arduous environment, it has a very high speed response Analogue module which updates the output data on every input pulse (max rate 1msec) which is ideal for fast tracking of speed fluctuations.
