VLS Series Optical Speed Sensors

The VLS series of Optical Sensors are primarily designed for speed related use, designed originally for use with our range of Digital Tachometers, including hand held, panel mounted and bench style instruments, custom designed variants are available for OEM and volume requirements.

They are available with either Visible Light or a Red Spot Laser to suit a wide variety of speed measurement applications and a range of mounting devices is available for hands free applications.

General Applications - Ideal for most rotating machinery test applications, datalogging and general speed measurement requirements, the VLS series is ideal where quick , simple installation is required to obtain precise speed measurements quickly with minimal installation work required.

VLS Sensors interface easily with almost any type of Digital speed monitoring instrumentation, including the Compact range of Panel and Bench Tachometers (see appropriate webpage).
