General Description

A general purpose mains powered Stroboscope designed for continuous operation over a very wide frequency range.

The Alpha Stroboscope has several key application features, including very stable digital flash frequency control, internal/external triggering, bench or panel mounting options. And a remote hand lamp unit with tripod or bracket mounting facility.

The instrument has user selectable mains voltage 110-230vac via a rear mounted switch, it has a rugged aluminium housing with carry handle, ideal for bench or permanently installed as an inspection device and a digital display of flash rate.

This Alpha Professional Stroboscope is ideal for either general purpose test & inspection use and quality control applications, for example, checking quality of labelling machinery, machine motion monitoring, fault diagnosis and location of faulty operations on packaging & bottling machinery.

The Alpha has integral frequency control and it can also be automatically externally triggered via a Sensor or control signal from external machine control systems.

The integral digitised frequency control provides precise manual setting of flash rate and yet gives very rapid response to changes in rate over the whole frequency range with automatic range selection.
