General Description

A very versatile microprocessor controlled Stroboscope with an excellent frequency range of 0.1-1075 Hz ( 6 - 64,500 fpm), having a precision clock & high accuracy phase shift features.

This highly professional Stroboscope comes with many excellent features as standard, with the option to include an additional large diameter 160mm and powerful lamp unit driven from the one control unit, providing a very wide light spread, with the ability to control multiple slave units as necessary.

Designed for continuous operation over a very wide frequency range this strobe is ideal for high intensity quality control applications on wide fabric processing lines for flaw detection, wide web rolling mills and photographic applications.

The Gamma Stroboscope is a unique product with advanced features, designed specifically for the more demanding requirement, auto-power control, automatic cooling/operation cycle at +1000 Hz, with keypad control functions over all parameters this extremely versatile product is second to none in quality, design & engineering.

The instrument has user selectable mains voltage 110-230vac, it has a rugged aluminium housing with carry handle, ideal for bench or permanently installed as an inspection device, it has an alpha numeric digital display showing all parameters & settings.

This Gamma Professional Stroboscope is ideal for Quality Control applications in the wide web industry, an excellent test & inspection tool, perfect for many scientific research & professional photographic applications.

The Gamma has integral & external frequency control facilities, can be automatically externally triggered via a Sensor or control signal from external machine control systems and can display both rate & phase angle.

Synchronising pulse outputs are available as standard to drive slave units with or without time delay on output and automatic power & frequency control, the built-in keypad allows precise frequency control of flash rate and phase angle in degrees.

It can also provide permanent machine installation for applications such as Flaw detection in Quality monitoring applications such as extruded aluminium plants, textile wide web fabrics & synthetic materials manufacturing applications, high speed centrifuges and the more obscure applications.

Other typical uses are as a diagnostic tool for location of difficult machine faults and machine Balancing requirements.
